SANJOSE will Carry Out Lot I of the Renovation Works at Zaragoza’s Water Tower

Expo Zaragoza Empresarial has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the basic and detailed design and execution of Lot I of the renovation works at Zaragoza’s Water Tower, the tallest building in the region of Aragón at 76 meters high.

This lot, referred to as the civil works package, includes significant interventions such as the construction of a glass-enclosed observation deck on the 25th floor; the creation of a space to house a restaurant on the 23rd floor by removing the two perimeter access ramps to that level; the repair of architectural façade elements; the creation of two exhibition halls and conference spaces on the ground floor; and the installation of parking spaces in basement level −2, among other works.
