SANJOSE will refurbish the former Hotel Asturias at 9-11, Carrera San Jerónimo Madrid

Millenium Hotels Real Estate has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the remodelling of two buildings located at 9-11, Carrera de San Jerónimo for hotel use.

The scope of action of this refurbishment is to transform the former Asturias Hotel into the JW MAD Marriott Hotel, with a total of 139 rooms.

It should be noted that it is a building dating from 1886, which has a degree of protection by Heritage of the Madrid City Council, partial at number 9 and total at number 11.
