SANJOSE will Build the Ses Marjades II Residential Complex in Palma de Mallorca

Promotora Reina 1957 has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works for Phase II of the Ses Marjades Residential Complex in Palma de Mallorca.

This project, with more than 13,000 square meters (139,931 sqf) of built surface, involves the construction of two multi-family buildings comprising 40 housing units with 3 and 4 bedrooms, as well as common areas with landscaped areas, a solarium, and an outdoor swimming pool. The project also includes basement levels for vehicle and bicycle parking, as well as storage rooms.
