Tecnocontrol Servicios will be responsible for the maintenance of the centres property of the Consorci Mar Parc de Salut of Barcelona

The Consorci Mar Parc de Salut has awarded the JV formed by Tecnocontrol Servicios and Emte Service the maintenance services for a period of 36 months of the following buildings in Barcelona: Mara Hospital, Peracamps Centre, Estació de França Building, L'Esperança Hospital, Forum Centre of the Hospital del Mar, Emili Mira, CSMA Martí i Julià, CAP Drassanes, CAP Sant Martí, CAP Barceloneta, CSM Sant Martí, CAS Barceloneta, CAP la Mina.

Services will cover over 137,000 m², 1,359 beds, 17 surgery rooms, 18 ICU and 123 boxes. 5 of all centres include emergency assistance and 24 hour service 365 days a year.
