Narvi Activos Inmobiliarios (Culmia) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Phase I of the construction works of the more than 17,000 square metres of built surface that represent this new residential complex consisting of 104 housing units with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 3 commercial premises, 179 parking spaces and 111 storage rooms.

The residential development also has a community pool and common spaces such as children's areas, Social Club, coworking space, gym, etc.
