SANJOSE Will build 944 Housing Units for the Plan VIVE III of the Community of Madrid

SANJOSE Constructora has been awarded by AEDAS Homes the execution Works of three residential projects totaling 944 affordable rental housing units as part of the Plan VIVE III of the Community of Madrid. The projects will be located in Aranjuez (400 units), Navalcarnero (318 units), and Villalbilla (226 units).

These modern residential developments, which will be built using BIM methodology and Breeam certification, will cover more than 150,000 square meters of built surface. They will include 1 to 3-bedroom apartments, common areas with pools, children's play areas, landscaped spaces, and a basement level dedicated to parking, storage rooms, and complementary facilities.

With the addition of these three new projects, SANJOSE is now involved in the development of over 4,500 housing units within the Plan VIVE of the Community of Madrid.
