SANJOSE will execute the rehabilitation Works of the Development Bank of Central African States headquarters in the Republic of Congo

The Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the rehabilitation and renovation of its head office in Brazzaville, capital of the Republic of Congo. This awarding reinforces the Group's growth in the country, which is currently building the new Ministry of The Interior.
The BDEAC Headquarters is located in the main street of Brazzaville (Boulevard Dennis Sassou Nguesso), opposite the presidential residence. It occupies approximately 8,000 m² distributed in five hexagonal towers of seven floors high surrounding a central atrium. The five towers consist of a basement with parking, technical rooms and archives; ground floor which highlights an entrance hall, and two multipurpose rooms; six floors of offices; and the top floor of houses.
The project includes the restoration and modernization of the facades, changing all technical facilities, various interior improvements that will transform the current offices of the complex in an "open space" more functional and readjusting the urban development of the complex. The works will involve an investment of 22.2 million dollars and have an execution period of 30 months. The Work will be carried out in five phases; the first phase will involve the rehabilitation of the central atrium of one tower and then will continue with the rest of buildings, one by one to avoid altering the functioning of this important institution.
The Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC) is the development finance institution of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central African States (CEMAC), whose member states are: Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Chad. The headquarters of the institution is in Brazzaville, but it has national representative offices in each member states.
Its main objective is to promote economic and social development of the CEMAC countries, mostly to finance national and multinational investments and projects of economic integration; Assisting States, regional organisations, financial institutions and economic operators in their efforts to mobilize financial resources; and project financing, and support the states, regional organisations and economic operators in the financing of the feasibility studies of different programs and projects.
