Sanjose is awarded more than 100 million Euros

Sanjose Constructora has been awarded two important projects in Spain which amount to €102.66 million.  

Castellana 200

Complejo Inmobiliario Castellana 200, S.L. has  awarded Sanjose Constructora the first stage of this emblematic project, which covers 198-208 Paseo de La Castellana – in the area around Plaza Castilla- and amounts to €30.5 million

The Project, designed by Emilio Dahl Sáenz de Santamaría and Fernando Antolín García, covers a rectangular area of 7,082m². During the following 18 months, Sanjose will complete the works of two administrative buildings of a total built surface of 21,532m², a shopping centre of 8,454m², a spa of 760m² and four underground car park with 829 spaces.

University Hospital of  Albacete

This project, designed by the architects Alfonso Casares and Francisco Candel, implies the execution of a modern hospital complex with a total built surface of nearly 80,000m² and 629 beds.

Works will be executed during the following 60 months and include a series of orderly actions regarding hospital infrastructure and facilities which intend to create an hospital according to real and future needs. Special attention should be paid to hospital enlargement works, which cover 35,618m², and restoration works, with cover another 22,463m². 

The project also includes the execution of two new buildings. One of the main points of the project is the demolition of the current Health Service Centre, which will be replaced by a new independent building devoted to Mental Care Services; another building, mainly for maternal and child health care, will be placed in the same point extending also to surrounding areas which used to be devoted to outpatient services.

The project implies the restoration of hospital floors, the creation of new rooms for the on-duty medical unit; restoration of Management Areas; restoration and enlargement of Haematology and Biochemistry Laboratories and creation of the New Blood Transfusion Centre.

The project is completed with the construction of a helipad on the roof and an underground car park of 6,089m² and 186 spaces. 

The Government of Castilla - La Mancha, through SESCAM, has awarded the JV between Sanjose Constructora and Ortiz Construcciones and Banasa the execution of this project which amounts to €72.16 million.
