Construtora Udra will build the Residencial Linea Residences on Avenida 5 de Outubro 293 in Lisbon (Portugal)

Curious Quotidian (Habitat Invest) has awarded Construtora Udra the construction of Residencial Linea Residences on Avenida 5 de Outubro 293 in Lisbon.

The project of intervention to be carried out in the building is characterized by the total alteration of the facades by a contemporary and avant-garde solution, the refurbishment of the interiors with the creation of two commercial areas on the ground floor and the variation of the upper floors in which there will be distributed 36 appartments of different typology.

The building will be equipped with common areas with green spaces, outdoor pool and parking spaces and underground storage areas.
