EBA will build the Sports Centre Montecerrao in Oviedo

Go Fit Oviedo S.L. has awarded EBA the execution of the Sports Centre Montecerrao in Oviedo.

The Sports Centre, with a total built surface amounting to 12,370 m², is located in a plot of land with a total extension of 10,500 m² which influences the design of the building due to the unevenness between north and south.

The Project designed by Naos 04 Arquitectos comprises a 4-storey building (two underground level and two top level floors) with sheet ventilated façades and diaphragm wall housing fitness rooms, paddle tennis courts, basketball field, changing rooms, multipurpose halls, shopping premises, cafeteria, administration and management services, facilities, an indoor parking with 105 car park spaces, etc.

The outside covers 2,000 m² of green areas and an outdoor parking with 115 car park spaces.
