SANJOSE Portugal will carry out various works at the 5-star Viceroy Hotel at Ombria Algarve Resort

OMBRIA has signed a strategic partnership with SANJOSE to build the 5-star Hotel Viceroy at Ombria Algarve, the 65 Viceroy brand residences and the Alcedo Villas (show villa).

The sustainability of the project designed through bioclimatic architecture and with facilities such as geothermal energy, solar energy (network of vacuum solar panels), careful water management, etc. stands out. The commitment of OMBRIA and SANJOSE covers the entire life cycle of the construction process and is not limited to the management of waste generated during their activity.

Finally, it should also be noted that the conservation of biodiversity and the integration of natural heritage, as well as the implementation of measures to mitigate the impact on flora and fauna, are central to the project.
